      AND an Order has been made by Judge Mackoff to serve the Respondent Gerhard Hastreiter, substitutionally by publication of a notice of the Petition for Divorce and of this Order in an edition of the Vancouver "Province" newspaper, circulating in the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia.

      I had thought my father arrived in Vancouver around 1962, however, my father was in Canada much earlier, by around 1957 (after having survived WWII and labour camps, then escaping and leaving his ancestral homeland of Austria).
